Joe Schutte is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT, in the State of Oregon. He earned a Master’s Degree in Couples, Marriage, & Family Therapy from Portland State University in 2011. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Cross-Cultural Ministries & Bible from Manhattan Christian College in Manhattan, KS.

Everyone has the capacity, and right, to achieve an optimal state of emotional and mental health. With the training and experience that I have, I am able to assist individuals,  couples, and families through the difficult process of confronting struggles, resolving challenges, and achieving goals. 

I operate from an Emotional Focused Couples & Family Therapy perspective. Meaning I work with clients to gain clarity of emotional experiences and thought patterns that develop within their lives and relationships. Assisting clients to develop their voice to express their needs.
